With 25 years of expertise in Executive Search, Marc has dedicated the first 15 years to completing over 250 projects for renowned multinationals, including Akzo Nobel, ASML, Atos, DSM, FrieslandCampina, LG, Nutreco, Océ, Office Depot, Philips, Rabobank, Refresco, and Saint-Gobain.

In the last 10 years, Marc has focused on SMEs, completing over 150 executive search projects with a focus on board positions. He has applied his experience in various sectors, including agri, food, FMCG, trade, business services, construction/installation technology, industry, logistics, high-tech, ICT, software, and consulting.


Hans Rekers

Hans is a psychologist, sociologist, and business expert, specializing in coaching executives. In the first half of his career, he worked as an executive and consultant for major brands in the corporate business services.

Since 2001, he has been the founder and owner of RMC B.V. and active as an executive coach/advisor to executives both domestically and internationally. The central theme is personal development and increased self-awareness for executives.
