Challenge

Entry into the Western European market through the acquisition of a Dutch company (25 fte). Then, with a renewed positioning, grow in the Benelux market, later also in the UK.

Experienced CFO/CEO in the FMCG Also experience with integrating business units and setting up organizational processes and structure.

Result

After a prosperous start, in which the plans were further developed and the organization was set up, the economy deteriorated sharply (post covid). In the end, it was decided to stop the plans. The director then helped transfer activities to the parent company and close the activities in the Netherlands.
